Our location
B&M Apartments Rab-Lopar are located on a hill in Lopar with a great view, not far from the ferry port in Lopar. The advantageous location, idyllically situated in the countryside, means you can feel completely undisturbed and enjoy your peace and privacy.
The sea and the numerous family-friendly sandy beaches, as well as the wild, romantic, natural bathing bays are also within walking distance. The famous Paradise Beach and Livacina Beach (approx. 2 km) are just a few minutes away by car.
The 6 modern apartments are located in an absolutely quiet hillside location on 3 floors (basement with terrace, near the pool / ground floor with balcony, pool view / first floor with balcony, pool/sea view).

All B&M apartments have air conditioning (individually adjustable), underfloor heating and a large furnished balcony or terrace with clothes rack.
A fully equipped kitchen with microwave (grill function), filter coffee machine and kettle awaits you.
In Apartments 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 you have 2 bedrooms (French double bed) and 1 living/bedroom with pull-out sofa (for the 5th person) and TV, 1 bathroom with shower/toilet.
Baby travel bed and baby high chair are available on request and subject to availability.
INCLUDED: Final cleaning, bed linen, towels (bathroom), consumption costs, WiFi throughout the complex.
Bring with you: Toilet paper (first use available), kitchen cleaning utensils, charcoal for grill use if required.
OUR RECOMMENDATION for these apartments is 4-5 people.
The maximum occupancy includes children and babies. No overcrowding allowed!

In our special Family apartment 4 you have 1 bedroom (French double bed) and 1 bedroom with bunk bed for 2 children and 1 living/bedroom with pull-out sofa (for the 5th person) and TV, 1 bathroom with shower/toilet.

In the terraced garden you will find a covered summer terrace with a dining area with fridge/TV/music and a grill for use for cozy evenings.
Relax in our large pool area with a heated swimming pool with deck chairs, umbrellas and an outdoor shower.
For your children we have a play area with a swing and slide.
Parking spaces are free and under video surveillance in front of the accommodation.
In an annex with a separate entrance you will find our property manager, who will give you a warm welcome and will be happy to help you.
A washing machine and dryer in the laundry room (annex) are available for shared use free of charge. Please note the washing times stated here.
