General
You may and should use all items in the apartments or on the balcony or terrace. Please handle all furnishings and inventory with care and treat the rental property with care. Please ensure that your fellow travelers also comply with the rental conditions. Windows and doors must be closed when leaving the apartments. Celebrations and parties are not permitted in the apartments. The number of people stated in the rental agreement must not be exceeded.
Outdoor facilities
The outdoor area belonging to the apartments includes the forecourt (also parking space for cars) and the garden with pool, grill with seating and playground. Please leave the outdoor area as you found it and dispose of rubbish yourself. Use the grill carefully and keep children away.
Check in
From 4:00 p.m.: The keys will be handed over directly at the apartments B&M Rab Lopar, Lopar 198 A
Check out
Until 10:00 a.m.: Sweep clean, put clean dishes in the cupboards, leave the fridge and microwave clean, throw out the trash can and dispose of the rubbish.

To the parents
Please supervise your children when using the play equipment. We accept no liability for their use.
Pool
Use at your own risk. Parents are responsible for their children.
Towels
We provide you with towels for your stay. You can use the washing machine from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Please put the laundry away immediately after the program has finished. Please follow the washing instructions in the laundry room.
Damage
Nobody damages things on purpose, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks. We would be pleased if you would let us know about the damage so that we do not have to wait until after you have left to find it during the final cleaning. The tenant is liable for damage up to the replacement cost as agreed. This does not include small things such as broken glasses or plates.
Kitchen
Please only put dishes, pots and cutlery in the cupboards when they are clean and dry. Please do not put hot pots and other hot objects on the tables or worktop without a coaster. Always use a cutting board as a base when cutting. Please leave the interior of the microwave and refrigerator clean.
Cot / High chair
On request, we can provide you with a travel cot and a high chair free of charge. Subject to availability.
Bathroom
We ask you not to throw any hygiene products, waste, food scraps, fats or similar into the shower or toilet, as this could cause blockages. If possible, leave the window (if there is one) and the door open from time to time to allow air to circulate.
Pets
Bringing pets is not allowed.
Bed linen
We provide you with bed linen for the duration of your stay. You do not need to remove the sheets before you leave.
Parking
You can park for free in the video-monitored forecourt directly in front of the apartments. We accept no liability for damage.
Extra costs
Water, electricity and air conditioning are included in the rental price. We offer a shared washing machine and dryer for your use.
WLAN
All apartments have free WiFi for your entire stay.

Under certain circumstances of repairs, it may be necessary for the landlord to enter the apartment without the guest's knowledge.
